This site provides a one-click solution that looks at your computer’s hardware and system software to determine whether or not your current system can run the required software for your program.
Each of your computer’s components is evaluated to see how well it meets the minimum and recommended requirements for your program software.
Recommendations are made on how to update or upgrade each component which does not meet the listed requirements. Often, a simple, free software
download is all that is needed. Sometimes you will find that you may need a different video card to fully experience what the software programs have to offer.
In addition, this tool verifies that you have the required browser and plug-ins necessary to access our online campus portal and classrooms.

- I consent to the installation of System Results Lab software (SRL Software) on my device (computer, laptop, etc.). The function and purpose of the SRL Software is to run diagnostics tests on the device to assess the device’s hardware and software capabilities and report that information to The Art Institutes, its Service Provider, Husdawg LLC, and to me;
- I understand that providing my name, email address, or other personal information is not necessary in order for me to run the SRL Software. I understand, however, that if I choose not to provide this information, The Art Institutes may not be able to assist me with questions that I may have about the results;
- I authorize The Art Institutes and its service provider, Husdawg LLC, (Service Provider) to run diagnostics tests on the device from which I run the SRL Software;
- I understand that the SRL Software will assess the hardware and software capabilities of the device to assess whether the device has the capabilities needed for the course of study I have identified based on current program requirements;
- I understand that the results of any diagnostics tests resulting from my decision to run the SRL Software will be collected and processed by The Art Institutes’ Service Provider, which will process the information collected and provide it to The Art Institutes for its use;
- I understand that The Art Institutes may change its program and course requirements at any time and that it is possible that a device that meets program or course requirements now, may not be sufficient to meet program or course requirements if I enroll in the program or course at a later time;
- I understand that the SRL Software is being made available for my personal, non-commercial use only;
- I understand and agree that the SRL Software is being made available for my use on an “as is” basis. Neither The Art Institutes nor Service Provider are responsible for any device crashes or other malfunctions that may occur as a result of the SRL Software being installed; and
- I understand that in the event the SRL Software recommends upgrades to my device in order to meet the technology requirements for my program, I can obtain these upgrades from the vendor of my choice and that I am under no obligation to obtain the upgrades from any vendor that may be recommended by The Art Institutes or Service Provider.
